FULL-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE Student Works Painting in Sidney/Central Saanich is looking for motivated individuals to join our spring/summer painting team! We are looking for motivated individuals who want to be apart of a very tight-knit group of awesome people who want to earn what they are worth. This season alone, our team will be responsible for painting 100+ homes which will result in happy clients and crew members. Compensation: • Starting wage: $21/hour • Our painting systems allow our top painters to make upwards of +25$/hour, with our average painter making 21 - 25$/hour. About the position: • Fast paced, fun environment. • Hands on experience in customer service and communication. • Work outdoors with a crew of 2-3 people. • Working with friends is encouraged, so apply together if you wish. • Training is provided; therefore, no experience is necessary! Requirements: • Able to work full-time throughout the majority of the summer. • Must have own transportation (job site locations change frequently). • Manual labor and ladder work required. Benefits: • Starting rate dependent on experience. Raises based on proven skill after start date. • Bonuses/raises will depend on performance and the criteria established by the Manager. • Positions can lead to future promotion opportunities within the company.
