The Opportunity
The Edge Benefits is looking for a Sales Director on a permanent full-time basis to join our Distribution Team. In the Edmonton Alberta Region.
French not required.
Specific Duties
· Manage, Motivate and Train Existing Advisor/Distributor Relationships
· Develop Relationships and Motivate National Account Management
· Effectively Deliver Seminars and Webinars
· Develop Product Knowledge for both The Edge, and Our Competition
· Effective Time Management
· Effective Problem Resolution Skills
· Develop Strong Working Relationships with Head Office Associates
· Effectively Segment Advisors and Distributors
· Do Your Part in Managing Persistency, Wastage and Cancellations
· Achieve Sales Objective on a Monthly Basis and Make Adjustments as Required
· Develop Skills in Delivering All Standard Practices
· Effectively Representing The Edge Benefits in the Marketplace
· Learn and Promote all Incentive, Contest and Conference Programs
· Effective Expense Management
· Communicate positively and effectively with EBI distribution and develop a mastermind alliance with your peers, your managers
Understand and live The Edge Mission, Vision; and Values
Overall Responsibility: Maximize Premiums; Producers and Profit in your Territory
