JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION: Financial Administrative Assistant

Founded in 1977, Kilrich is the largest building materials supplier and truss manufacturer north of 60. If you join Kilrich, you will become part of a fast-paced and dedicated team that works together to provide our clients with the highest possible level of service and advice.

The Financial Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting in the overall management of all office duties within Kilrich Building Centres which would include invoice verification to purchase orders, daily deposits, and customer statements. The Financial Administrative Assistant is also responsible to assist in the development of and adherence to Kilrich Building Centres credit policy and to ensure the minimum exposure for Kilrich Building Centres towards bad debt from accounts receivables, customer cheques, payments etc.

Some specific duties include:

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, overtime as required.

Benefits package after three months including health and wellness allowance.

Start Date: Flexible

Must have a Class 5 and reliable transportation.
