Our "Virtual IT Department" services guarantee the seamless operation of our client's IT infrastructure through proactive maintenance, 24/7 network monitoring, and personalized CIO-style guidance. We keep our clients ahead of the technology curve and focused on running their business.

Your role as an Account Manager encompasses two crucial components:

• Primary Relationship Management: You'll be the key liaison within assigned accounts, managing relationships effectively.

• Sales Function: You'll be spearheading sales efforts for major projects and ongoing IT services within the account.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Generate new client opportunities through diverse lead-generating methods, supported by marketing.

• Strengthen existing account relationships and bolster Outsource IT's positioning.

• Enhance overall client satisfaction through diligent sales focus and responsiveness.

• Prepare essential client documentation, exceeding client expectations.

• Facilitate introductions with new clients.

• Conduct regular client visits.

• Maintain client information and records

• Oversee client service and solutions contract agreement renewals.

• Address escalated customer care matters as necessary.

Qualifications of an Ideal Account Manager

• Experience in business-to-business solution selling, coupled with outstanding customer service skills and lead generation capabilities.

• Familiarity with Cloud and Business Computer Networks.

• Self-motivated and adept at working independently.

• Skilled in relationship-building and team development.

• Possesses a "hunter" sales mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Holds a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar sales or account management role.

• Previous experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment preferred but not mandatory.

• Previous experience with ConnectWise Manage preferred but not mandatory.
