Leader Name: Associate Vice President, Digital Channels
Work Arrangement: Hybrid: You’ll work both remote and onsite, where time onsite is based on your job accountabilities and performance objectives.
As ATB’s next Director of Digital Product , you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of product managers and ensuring the successful execution of digital product initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team in digital channels to drive efficiency and alignment with product management and agile methodology. Your primary focus will be on managing the execution of innovative digital wealth experiences, optimizing the atb.com site for client acquisition and growth, and overseeing the digital onboarding capability. Additionally, you will be responsible for maximizing product performance to align with enterprise KPIs and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability within the team.
Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Digital Channels, the Director of Digital Product contributes to defining and designing the channel portfolio roadmaps that align to enterprise key performance indicators supporting decision making and prioritization to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Leadership of Product Management Team:
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support in product management methodology.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment where team members can thrive and deliver their best work.
- Partnership with Digital Channels Leadership:
- Work closely with the leadership team in digital channels to ensure efficient operations using product management and agile methodologies.
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives to drive digital product innovation and growth.
- Product Optimization and Alignment:
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to define and prioritize KPIs to align to enterprise outcomes
- Continuously evaluate product performance and iterate to optimize alignment with client needs.
- Management of atb.com site:
- Drive strategies to attract and grow the client base through the atb.com site.
- Lead initiatives to enhance user experience, improve conversion rates, and drive engagement.
- Execution and Growth of Digital Onboarding Capability:
- Manage the execution, scale, and growth of the digital onboarding capability, streamlining processes to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Execution of Digital Wealth Experience:
- Manage the end-to-end execution of the digital wealth experience, focusing on implementing a COTS direct to client wealth platform to drive revenue and growth.
- Oversee the development, testing, and launch of new features and enhancements.

Designations/Training Required/Prerequisites:
- Minimum 7-10 years experience in a product delivery role, including professional level and/or leadership experience
- A University Degree in Business or IT with a professional designation or graduate studies in a related field
- Previous experience as a leader in an evolving, complex environment and a demonstrated ability to use a range of leadership styles as situations demand
- Process design and definition approach and being able to translate business need into tangible outcomes
- Experience in financial services and wealth management is preferred
