About the Role:

The Engine Asset Manager will report directly to the Director of Engine Programs.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with OEM and engine MRO facilities to ensure engine projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Discuss / advise customers (both internal and external) on planned work scopes and budgetary implications of engines to meet expectations.
- Responsible for the analysis of ALLI fleet operational utilizations and engine specific data in-order to maintain asset forecast ability for future engine requirements.
- Utilization of current used inventories in repair of engine assets.
- Manage engine inventories in total; operational, serviceable, and unserviceable.
- Provide engine financial analysis and valuations in support of repair vs. teardown determinations.
- Evaluation of potential engine purchases for lease, sale, or teardown.
- Manages and tracks engine stands, location and requirements.
- Analysis of Trend Monitoring Data to proactively assess possible engine removals.
- Responsible for engine logbook reviews.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining engine records and "mini-packs".
- Develops, manages and maintains engine sales and leasing data specification sheets.
- Ensures good communications and working relations with counterparts within the Technical Asset team.
- Responsible for compliance to all Company policies and procedures.
- Ensure safety procedures are adhered to.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Experience
- Demonstrated capability and competency in field of expertise.
- Experience on CF34, PW100, PT6A, AE3007, CFM56-3 valued.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
- Strong technical background in engine MRO preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in a similar environment.
