Our client, located in Ville Saint-Laurent, whose expertise is security, is currently looking for a sales coordinator within their company. If you are passionate about the security industry, have strong coordination skills within a sales department and want to contribute to continued growth, we would like to meet you.

100% face-to-face
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent, Quebec
Salary: $47,000 - $55,000 per year
Social benefits + retirement plan
Schedule of 37.5 hrs/week from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

What will your day look like:

Entry of orders arriving by email, purchase orders, invoices
Preparation of representative submissions
Preparation of orders/sales files, opening and closing of files
Preparation of sales reports and various statistics for the sales director
Coordinate internal and external sales-related communications, maintaining fluid communication between teams

Updating the customer database, files and price and product lists
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services to customers.
Responsible for the good order and maintenance of both paper and computerized sales documents

QUALIFICATIONS
College diploma (asset)
Previous experience in sales coordination, customer support or a similar role is an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
Mastery of IT tools such as the Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks in parallel and meet deadlines.
Sense of priorities, analytical skills, autonomy, teamwork
Knowledge of the security sector would be an advantage.
