Executive adjunct to the Head of School
Executive adjunct to The Head of School The Storm King School is an 8-12, college preparatory, co-ed, boarding and day school located on the shoulder of Storm King Mountain. We are pursuing an Executive adjunct to the Head of School. This individual performs many tasks connected with the Head of School’s (HOS) work and the work of the school. These include coordinating the HOS’s schedule, supporting the Head’s work with the Board of Trustees and the faculty and staff, maintaining records key to the school’s operations and many other tasks. Key qualifications include strong organizational, writing, and communication expertise, the capability to work collaboratively in a small office setting, and the capability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality. A bachelor’s degree and practice in a similar position are also key qualifications. The position starts in mid- June 2024, but it will be important for the qualified individuals to be available for training in the months prior the start date. More details will be provided to qualified candidates. The income range for this job offer will be $24 to $27 per hour depending on practice.
