Job description

Title : Female Soccer Coach
Reports to : General Manager, Grassroots Coordinator and Technical Director
Start Date : Summer Season (ASAP)
Pay rate : TBD
Expected workload : 6 - 9 Hrs / Week (Part Time)


Contractor’s business description : Toronto United FC (or “the Academy”) is a soccer academy based in Mississauga. The Academy provides a variety of programs that range from the ages of 5- 18. The end goal is to create a pathway for players providing them with the best opportunities whether it’ll be at the professional or collegiate level. Toronto United prides itself in offering our coaches opportunity for promotion within the academy based on performance.


Job Summary & Duties:
• Preparing and executing training sessions with specific girls team.
• Managing team in summer competition.
• Identifying players strengths & weaknesses to further help with development.
• Teaching and promoting coordination and game understanding.
• Working closely with the other coaches, general manager & technical director.


Minimum Qualifications/Attributes:
• Coaching Licenses (Active Start, Fundamentals, Learn To Train, Soccer For Life)
• C License (Preferred)

• Passion
• Soccer playing/coaching background
