You will:
• collect, analyze and present program and financial data
• ensure data integrity and timeliness of data provided
• conduct research and analyze relevant socio-economic data and demographics, experiences and trends
• perform technical analyses and assessments on agency and service system budgets, contracts, financial/program reports, and year-end reports and reconciliations
• assist with the assessment of internal and external financial, program and administrative procedures and business practices
• provide support to initiatives and projects including program, operational and licensing reviews
• assist with budgeting, allotment, monitoring, forecasting and variance reporting How do I qualify?
Technical Expertise:
• You have knowledge of and experience in applying financial management and accounting principles and practices through budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, monitoring, reporting and auditing
• You have knowledge of and experience in applying qualitative and quantitative analytical and statistical techniques and methodologies Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills to work in a multidisciplinary team environment and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• You have experience delivering presentations and training staff
• You demonstrate well-developed report-writing skills Other Important Skills:
• You have project management skills to plan, manage and direct complex and detailed projects
• You have computer proficiency including hands-on experience working with spreadsheets, word-processing, databases, email and internet applications
