Administrative Coordinator in Surrey

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to work for a National transportation company. In this role you will be responsible for daily communication with the drivers, customers and internal departments. You will also be responsible for data entry into their internal system and extracting various reports to ensure accurate invoicing. The ideal candidate will be a team player, have the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Track and update system information on shipments for agent delivery
- Audit rates to ensure billing is accurately invoiced
- Release invoices from system within respected guidelines
- Escalate invoicing issues when necessary
- Extract various report and validate information for accuracy
- Collaborate with internal departments, drivers and customers providing outstanding customer service
- Assist drivers with preliminary paperwork information such a bill of lading, trip envelopes and border crossing procedures
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administration position
- Experience within the transport industry would be considered an asset
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer skills – MS products and to ability to learn new software's with ease
- Demonstrated customer relationship skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills and to ability to work in fast paced environments
