Job description
Responsibilities:
- Configure, manage, maintain, and continuously improve the business application in support of business process
- Ensure that all applicable system features and functionality are leveraged
- Provide subject matter knowledge and problem-solving abilities
- Manage environment to ensure integrity, performance, accessibility, and recoverability of data
- Supports application life cycle work which can include patching, upgrades, testing, developing test cases, etc.
- In-house, first level support to resolve application or data issues
- Develop and deliver user training.
Qualifications: - Undergraduate Degree preferred
- 5-10 years’ work experience in a business environment, preferably in complex IT environments
- Knowledge of Alteryx, Cognos, Power BI and TMW
- Organized, analytical and business savvy
- Customer focused: motivated by inspiring others to do things differently
- Demonstrates high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and pivot from one initiative to the next
- Can manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Must be team oriented and an independent self-starter
- Experience in Transportation & Logistics Industry would be considered an asset
- Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement strategy certification.
