Are you a doctor in Surrey BC, looking for a new clinic space to operate from? Look no further! We offer clinic rentals with three rooms; two are currently empty and could be furnished any way you want. We have many supplies for a new doctor to start at the clinic like a scale, a diagnostic set, a blood pressure machine, a desk, and Medical Supplies such as masks, gloves, gowns and hand sanitizer. Our clinic space has two reception areas, providing ample space for you to practice medicine and cater to your patients’ needs. The reception area is fully equipped for our Medical Office Assistant to work, and the waiting room can seat 10-15 patients. The clinic is located close to Gateway station and beside the Police station, which includes a lawyer’s office, a pharmacy and many more places close to the clinic.
We use a commission-based pricing model for you to enjoy our services. We understand that starting or expanding your practice can be financially daunting, so we have designed a flexible payment structure tailored to your success. With this commission-based rate, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your patient base without the burden of hefty upfront clinic rental costs. The commission is negotiable, and we would love to meet you at the clinic and talk more!
Your rental will include the medical & office supplies, a dedicated Medical Office Assistant, and all the necessary clinic amenities. We believe in taking care of the details so you can focus solely on providing quality healthcare to your patients. Also, we can provide you with marketing services, such as creating a website with an integrated booking system, social media marketing, SEO , Google Ads campaigns, and more!
