Job description

Are you an HR Manager with 7-10 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment? This may be the next role for you!

Our client is looking for a seasoned HR Manager to be part of their Canadian operations overseeing Alberta and BC.

Location: Delta BC, Calgary BC (2 Sites)
Work Model: Onsite
Salary: 100-120K

Responsibilities
- Employee Relations
- Recruitment and Talent Management
- Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Performance Management
- Policy Development and Compliance
- Health and Safety Oversight
- Safety Program Management

Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Demonstrates a high level of accuracy
- Positive can-do attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Reliable, independent, and flexible

- Education/Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration/Human Resources required

- 7-10+ years’ experience in a related role
- Exposure to the manufacturing or material handling industry is considered an asset
