Job description

Brightshores Health System is currently recruiting for a variety of temporary student positions at our hospitals. Students must be returning to school in the Fall of 2024.

Student Unit Aide – Various Sites
Student Unit Aide positions are available in the following departments/sites:

• Wiarton - Medical/Surgical
• Lion’s Head - Medical/Surgical
• Southampton - Medical/Surgical, Emergency
• Markdale - Medical/Surgical
• Owen Sound - Critical Care, Emergency, Inpatient Mental Health, Women and Child Care, Medicine

Required Qualifications:

• Full-time student with a minimum completion of first year of an RN (BScN) program
• Working knowledge of Infection Control Practices
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
