Job Summary:

The Manager, EPMO Support Services is responsible for overseeing the operational support of the Enterprise Project Management Office. This role will lead the team that executes on the day to day operations and reporting functions for EPMO and support the continued advancement and optimization of EPMO services including project and portfolio management, governance processes, enterprise resource management, financial and contract administration, and benefits realization processes in alignment with the overall EPMO goals and objectives. This role will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the efficient delivery of services while driving innovation in work processes and systems. This position functionally reports to the Director, Enterprise Project Management Office.

Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration or other related education.
A minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience.
Experience managing projects with a cross functional team.
A minimum of two years experience in coordinating, managing and leading individual and team performance.
Strong working knowledge of project management software tools and techniques that demonstrates ability to drive continuous improvement.
Relevant training or certification in project management best practices (which could include PMP certification, Prince 2 training, etc.) and demonstrated ability to practically apply the concepts and knowledge to progress maturity of project management office processes.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience that result in the required level of knowledge, skill and competence, may be considered.
