Do You Have What It Takes? Here's What the Role Entails:
- Production Oversight:* Manage multiple crews of painters, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the painting process, from surface preparation to final finishes.
- Supply Chain Management:* Order and stock painting supplies, ensuring crews have the necessary tools for seamless project execution.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock.
- Client Communication:* Communicate scheduling and progress updates with clients, providing a transparent and positive experience.
- Address client concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Team Scheduling:* Schedule painters into shifts, optimizing manpower to meet project timelines.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Project Coordination:* Oversee project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Collaborate with the painting team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the painting or construction industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with the team.

Salary: Base + Commission - Up to $5000/month
Expected hours: 40-60 hours/week
Language: English (preferred)
Work Location: In person – Barrie, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
