BCIT's *Information Technology Services* department is seeking a *regular, full-time (1.0 FTE) Business Analyst*. The Digital Transformation team within the Information Technology Services (ITS) Department helps the Institute proactively identify and respond to changes in technology, industry, and customer expectations. This includes partnering with our internal business partners to understand and address their challenges and opportunities; designing optimal system and process experiences for, and with, our stakeholders; and providing the support required for our Institute to adapt to change. Our ultimate goal is to improve the teaching and learning outcomes for our 50,000+ students, as well as the experiences of our faculty and staff.
It’s a dynamic time at BCIT as we embark on numerous projects and programs which will enhance the digital experience for students, faculty, and staff. We are seeking a full-time Business Analyst (BA) to work with stakeholders across the Institute to understand the current state of their processes, facilitate the design of a future state, and ensure solutions meet business needs. The BA will work closely with our partners in HR, Finance, Schools, and Student Services. Assignments may range from ERP projects (HR, Finance, Student) to implementation of COTS and cloud solutions for our clients.
