Job description

We are recruiting qualified Auto Body Painters in Victoria BC. Reliable and certified Painters will integrate into an established team while providing quality repairs and restore services to damaged motor vehicle body parts.

COMPENSATION

• $28 $30 per hour (flat rate) production bonuses
  
• Experienced Techs are billing 80 hours per week.
  
• Bonus Tiers: Extra compensation for exceeding the semimonthly threshold of billed time: (110 134 hours) (135 160 hours) (161 hours)

SCHEDULE

Day shift; Monday to Friday

Auto Body Painters technicians that excel in this role should have experience with Auto Body and Vehicle Maintenance the ability to manage exterior and interior finishing; repaint body surfaces.

JOB DUTIES:

• Surface preparation vehicle masking priming and top coating.
  
• Mix and apply refinish products to repaired or replaced body panels
  
• Refinish Technicians restore anticorrosion treatment
  
• Must mix their own product and apply application to vehicle
  
• Match colours accurately
  

REQUIRMENTS:

• 2 Years of experience
  
• Driver s license
  
• Preemployment background checks
