Overview
We’re looking for IT systems Assistant who wants to learn new skills and gain real life experience in a fun, friendly and fulfilling work environment.
Salary: £20,000 + 10% bonus
The Role
- Offer basic IT Support before going to 1st level support at suppliers.
- Supply Data reports for Marketing and Sales
- Supply data quality reports for Admin
- CRM customizer – to include new fields, workflows, business rules, mapping entity to entity
- Maintain Marketing Contact Web Forms integration with Dynamics
- Supply technical assistance with Marketing Bulk Mailer/automation workflows and integration to Dynamics CRM
- Microsoft 365 Admin which controls all users/licences and domains
- Manage relations with all tech suppliers
- Manage fixed line phones and fix/upgrade in liaison with suppliers
- Liaise with IT provider for network/server errors
- Train/set up Dynamics CRM for new starters and decommission leavers
- Create Email automations using Customer.io
- Set up integrations between new and existing systems
- Administration Assuresign integration with Microsoft Dynamics
- Administration Inside Sales.com – addon for Microsoft Dynamics
- Administration – Cloudcall/Synety Voip telephone system
- Best practice of CRM efficiently – proactively ask questions about how things happen to promote best practice.
- Ensuring best practice usage of the CRM by each sales person within the team
- Cleaning, merging, and deactivating Accounts, Leads and Contacts in Microsoft Dynamics
Key Skills/Experience
- Excellent IT skills with specific experience of working with MS office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Possess strong analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and organised
- Ability to multi-task and work on own initiative
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Previous experience within an operational or support role would be beneficial also
