Job description
We're looking for an I&T Finance Manager to join a passionate team that develops and manufactures the very best powersports and watersports products. You will be the primary finance support for the I&T Operations, Cybersecurity and Data & Analytics teams.
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- As a manager of the I&T Finance team, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing financial operations (month ends, forecasts, budgets) and providing financial support to the I&T teams for which you are responsible.
- Manage a team of 4 people responsible for financial monitoring and administrative support for the I&T Operations, Cybersecurity and D&A teams.
- Coordinate, analyze and present the results of month-end financial closings, forecasts and annual budgets in collaboration with the I&T teams.
- Ensure monitoring of project costs managed by I&T teams.
- Support Sector Managers with various analyses and business cases.
- Responsible for establishing, monitoring and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) and cost drivers for the sectors you support.
- Responsible for certain internal financial controls (SOX).
- Actively participate in various I&T Group initiatives.
- Be in continuous improvement mode and propose projects to this end.
YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- A CPA accounting designation would be an asset.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in staff supervision.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Outstanding analysis skills.
- A strong interest in learning and maintaining effective business processes.
- A good sense of initiative.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
This position will be based in Valcourt, Sherbrooke or Montreal.
