GM Canada is seeking an Incentives Supervisor, responsible for coding our incentive programs and providing guidance to reduce incentive complexity.  Additionally, the successful candidate works closely with Vehicle Marketing teams, the Auto Finance team and other financial groups to ensure timely and accurate incentive payments to our dealer network. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and working effectively across internal functions and businesses.

Hybrid: This position will be located onsite three days per week between sites at either Markham or Oshawa Ontario. Travel will be on an as needed basis in this role.

What you will do:

Analyze Home Office Letters and code guidelines into BARS and OTDS incentive tables for retail incentive programs.

Provide support and feedback for the implementation of retail incentives in OTDS.

Manage the payments of finance and lease subvention to our financial partners.

Liaise with Marketing Operations department to communicate strategies for incentive complexity reduction.

Assist BARS Helpdesk with manual claim resolution and payment.

Support GMCC Finance, VSM and District Managers through variety of ad hoc studies and requests.

Participate in PRM and SOX initiatives and liaise with audit teams as required.

Review incentive reject messages and action solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw insights and make recommendations.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/programs.

Proven interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of corporate applications, BARS/TSO, OTDS.

Bachelor of Commerce with major/concentration in Finance.

MBA, CA or equivalent
