We are now bringing our global proactive Public Services experiences in demanding, complex software development and consulting projects into the Canadian Market, specifically to the areas of Provincial and Federal Government Consulting.
We have been digitally enabling and transforming public sector and corporate organizations for more than two decades and are now looking for a Director to further expand our Digital Public Services team, as soon as possible. We design individual and tailor-made solutions, from the conception to delivered software and beyond, and with your deep industry knowledge you will win the trust of our current and potential government customers and guarantee a mutual success and their total satisfaction.
Your mission with us
- You will actively drive business development in the Provincial Government areas of Canada and can further develop our existing Government relationships.
- You will develop concepts, offers, and offer calculations together with the Business Area Owner and impress as our domain expert at Government appointments.
- You will build and expand positive customer relationships and feel responsible for sustainable customer satisfaction.
- You will be a mentor to our project teams, if necessary, via an interdisciplinary forum, from kickoff to successful project completion.
- You will help in moderating Government workshops and engagements and present project results to our customers.
- You will take responsibility for leading and supporting internal workshops for the further development of our team or organization, e.g., Training & Development.
This is how you convince us.
- Several years of professional experience in program and project management with a focus on market strategy issues in the public sector - ideally in the Provincial Digital Government sectors .
- You have walked the halls and have a keen interest and deep understanding of the Digital government sector and market-specific conditions, in the Canadian market (BC, AB, QC specifically)
- Experience and knowledge in government business development (customer development) and in managing/incepting complex government projects.
- Expertise in leading consulting and software development teams and enjoyment of the further development of employee knowledge and building government relationships at all levels.
- Excellent analytical thinking skills and data affinity, strong customer orientation and high resilience.
- Confident appearance and very good presentation and moderation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, in English and bonus points for strong French language skills.
“Physical Requirements"
- The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers in person is essential for success in this position. In this role, travel or in-person work may be required depending on your client engagement or internal meetings/events.
- Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
- The base salary range for this role is between $150,000 and $250,000 (CAD) + bonus potential. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
