The Business Innovation team is responsible for the development of applications supporting some of government’s largest commitments including ambitious child care space creation targets requiring the development of creative solutions, the $10 a Day ChildCareBC program, Affordable Child Care Benefit, Child Care Operating Funding, an Early Care and Learning Recruitment and Retention Strategy and the implementation of the Canada Wide Early Learning and Child Care Agreement with the federal government.

The Business Application Advisor represents the Child Care Division program in the design, development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement and maintenance of business applications to meet current and future business needs. If you are inquisitive by nature, analytical in your approach to research and attentive to detail, we look forward to your application.

One (1) year of experience in each of the following:

About this Position:
Two (2) positions available.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies.
Remote work is allowed. This position can work up to full time from their home in British Columbia subject to an approved Telework Agreement. The position headquarters will be Victoria or Vancouver.
