 Full Time Housekeeping Aide

Skills and Abilities:

• Be courteous and friendly to visitors and work in a cooperative manner with co-workers.
• Must demonstrate a genuine concern and interest in the wellbeing of the residents.
• Must have the ability to be tactful, friendly and extremely patient when interacting with the residents.
• Must have the physical capabilities compatible with the current physical demands analysis for this position.
• General computer skills.

Qualifications:

• Grade 11 education is required.
• Experience in commercial cleaning and working with geriatrics and dementia care is an asset.
• Oral and written proficiency in English is required.
• Excellent attendance is essential.

Hours of Work:Shifts will vary and schedule is to be determined.

Rate of Pay:As per CUPE 2764 Collective Agreement, hourly $20.30-$20.97
