Job description
Overview: We're looking for an AI Ethics Specialist to ensure the responsible and ethical development and deployment of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. You'll be responsible for identifying and addressing ethical considerations, biases, and risks associated with AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks, guidelines, and policies.
- Conduct ethical impact assessments of AI systems and algorithms.
- Identify and mitigate biases and fairness issues in AI models and data sets.
- Provide guidance and training to AI developers and stakeholders on ethical AI principles and best practices.
- Stay updated with developments in AI ethics research, regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of ethical considerations in AI development and deployment.
