Employment Details: Permanent, Full-time position, 8hrs/day and 40hrs/week at an hourly wage of $27.50.

Requirements:

• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• High school completion is required.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.

Duties

• Greet visitors and direct them to whoever can assist them best.
• Answer all incoming calls.
• Schedule appointments and meetings with clients.
• Deal with all incoming mail and packages and distribute.
• Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database system, manually or using a computer.
• Type and proofread correspondence letters and other documents.
• Order supplies as required.
• Perform other duties as required.
