We are looking for an individual to join our growing Product Management team as an Associate Product Manager. You will be working with various internal and external stakeholders to help achieve the product vision for industry leading EHS Regulatory Intelligence. The main responsibility of an Associate Product Manager is working cross functionally to help meet our business goals and build products and tools that our customers love. This is a great opportunity for an EHS practitioner to make a transition into Product Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, product owners, engineers, and end-users, to help gather and define requirements and execute on product development.
- Conduct research to identify customer needs, market gaps and help write product specifications to deliver functional solutions to our clients.
- Work with the Product Manager to prioritize the implementation of new features and meet specific timelines for delivery including execution of our product roadmaps
- Work with various teams on product and feature roll-outs including liaising with the Marketing Team, Sales Team, Customer Experience Team and others.
- Coordinate and synthesize customer research and competitor analysis and propose product enhancements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least two (2) years of experience in an EHS practitioner role or a Product Management role working with SaaS-based software or cloud-based platforms.

- Atlassian, Jira and Confluence
- Agile Scrum Methodology
