Job description

We are looking for a temporary office clerk to start immediately in downtown Halifax- if you are a customer service minded individual who is good at technology then this position is for you

The shift would be: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm with paid breaks.

In person, at Purdy's Wharf, with free parking!

Responsibilities
Answering Phones: Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide courteous assistance.
General Information: Respond to basic queries and provide relevant information to callers.
Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data using computer systems.
Assist customers via Zendesk, addressing their concerns and resolving issues.

Qualifications
You must love dealing with the public and have a great attitude
Quick Learner: Adapt to new software tools promptly when taught.
Customer-Oriented: Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor while assisting clients.
Software Proficiency: Utilize programs such as Outlook and Excel proficiently.
