We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Millwright to join our team. In this role you will provide essential guidance and support to various departments including Maintenance & Production R&D Quality Assurance and Operations to facilitate product/process development. Your responsibilities will include effective troubleshooting repair installation and preventative maintenance activities. Additionally you will proactively identify potential problems ensure compliance with safety regulations and contribute to maintaining clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all equipment.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 443A certified
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance.
  
• Proficiency in handling robots conveyors highspeed packaging equipment and electrical/electronic controls.
  
• Proven record of conducting preventative maintenance procedures
  
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs
  
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software.
  
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for ensuring quality and safety
  
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
  

Nice to have:

• 442A certification
  
• Forklift license and relevant experience
  
• Lean Six Sigma certification
