Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and enter orders provided by the Sales team or customer
• Provide customer support and address customer inquiries
• Provide support to Sales Reps in Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes
• Handle incoming calls
• Prepare listing forms
• New Customer Sales – proactively contacting potential customers through outbound calls and following up on leads

Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative Qualification:

• Experience using Internet, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office
• Bi-Lingual
• Reliable, oriented and accurate
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Organized with a client focus
• Team plater with, effective interpersonal skills
• Flexible with a willingness to learn.

• Shift: Days
• Employment type: Temporary
• Location: Newmarket, ON
• Payrate: $21 an hour
