Responsibilities
Play a pivotal role in streamlining customer service operations, implementing efficient processes, and fostering a positive team environment.
Lead the customer service department, managing and resolving escalated complaints and claims.
Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Support the department with day-to-day responsibilities, leading by example.
Ensure KPIs are achieved, and provide performance management where necessary.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Customer Service Supervisor or Team Lead with a track record of accomplishments.
Strong customer service skills and a deep understanding of CRM technologies.
Ability to independently solve problems and think strategically.
A dynamic and ambitious individual with a strong work ethic.
Great communication skills.
