Systems Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a Systems Analyst to join our Technology Services department. prosperous candidates must be motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and work well in a pressured environment. Candidates will also need to be able to design, implement and maintain servers or other computer operating systems, business applications, security tools, and messaging systems.




Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



»Setting up and providing first line support for the operations and high performance of MHV network LAN, as well as providing troubleshooting for systems failures, identifying and correcting bottlenecks in LAN network.

»Providing resource management assistance to Technology Department staff and other internal MHV personnel in the areas of network connectivity, including switches and wireless devices.

»Coordinating the installation and configuration of servers, workstations, network equipment and software, ensuring optimal and secure performance of these devices.

»Assisting network management, to include setting up user network access rights, as well as providing support for Window network system and changes to Active Directory set up.

»Assisting in the review and coordination of vendor reports and systems logs, providing management with a clear knowledge of MHV security stance

»Providing assistance with supporting MHV third party applications, including core system, lending origination systems, accounting, data warehouse, web site and others as needed.

»Researching and recommending hardware and software products, as well as vendor services for MHV related to network, security, and email systems, etc. This includes negotiating favorable purchase terms, licenses agreements, etc.
