EsquireX is organizing the legal industry’s gig workforce. Our platform is designed to connect attorneys, and soon to be attorneys, looking for work with law practices that need help on a project basis. It’s like Upwork, for law firms.

This is a full-time or part-time contractor role - You can work from any country, as long as you have availability for meetings during US hours

**Responsibilities:**
Drive user acquisition & user engagement growth by identifying and targeting new clients within the legal industry - Sell, sell, sell, you get the idea
- Innovate new ideas and proactively request needed resources
- Create content, messaging, marketing etc. for promotional purposes
- Provide weekly progress report on goal progression; understand, calibrate, and drive metrics
- Develop and maintain partnerships with law firms, individual lawyers, and legal professionals
- Project manage a small number of vendors, i.e. email marketer and paid media
- Provide exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction post sale
**Requirements:**
Critical thinker and effective troubleshooter - Self-motivated hustler with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Independent creativity to market and sell
- Detail oriented, organized, and crisp, after all you are selling to attorneys
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the legal or technology industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
