Job description

The Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association (SCSA) is a non-profit organization funded by the construction industry to provide cost-effective, quality safety training, programs, and advice through its Business Services. Objective:

The Audit Services Manager reports to the Operations Manager and collaboratively works with Administrative Services and all other business units. You will be accountable for the quality assurance of the COR/SECOR program through leading a team of 6 Program Auditors.

Key Responsibilities will include:

o Develop, implement, and evaluate the COR and SECOR Program and standardized auditing process guidelines.

o Identify areas of improvement and ensure a high-quality standard is maintained.

o Ensure auditors conduct audits within the scope of the COR/SECOR standards and maintain a high level of customer service.

o Review the COR Auditor Certification process from time to time and ensure all SCSA Auditors maintain requirements.

Utilizing your transferrable skills and experience, the ideal person will have:

o Proven track record of continuing professional development. Post-secondary certificate or diploma is ideal.

o Demonstrated ability in leading and motivating a passionate team that can lead with a credible, confident leadership presence.

o Experience overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes.

o Proven project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

o Proficient experience managing budgets and schedules effectively. Can maximize productivity while minimizing costs.

o Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Teams and other productivity tools.

You cultivate an atmosphere of mutual respect and collaboration and avoid authoritative approaches.
