SR Commercial Lines CSR - GTA
Our client's corporate culture is about people, and the relationships it has with it's employees and above all its clients. They are the team you want to be a part of. With a rapidly growing client base, they are looking to grow their team of insurance professionals. They are currently looking for a Senior Commercial Lines, RIBO Licensed, Customer Service Representative with expansive knowledge in large realty risks as well as other commercial property risks.
Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining professional relationships with Insurers and Underwriters
Providing ongoing support to Producers
Processing call backs, submissions and mail in a timely manner
Being willing to problem solve by thinking of things from various perspectives
Willing to lead off site meetings regarding renewals/new business
Promotes company features and benefits as part of ongoing portfolio reviews
Cross sells a variety of products at every opportunity
Promotes client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship building
Remains current on all company philosophies and procedures
Accepts risks within established guidelines
Qualifications:
6 years previous Commercial Lines experience
Currently holds a RIBO license in good standing
Superior client service orientation
The ability to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing
Has excellent interpersonal skills
Has excellent organization and time management skills
Has a professional telephone manner
Has demonstrated the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment
Maintains a positive attitude and is a team player
Has strong analytical and decision making capabilities
Can adapt to change
Has excellent computer/keyboarding skills - Powerbroker an asset, Excel, Microsoft
