AdvoTek Recruitment is actively seeking a dynamic Onsite Sales Account Manager with experience in Computer Hardware to join our esteemed client, a leader in the Industrial Computing sector based in Cambridge, Ontario.

About the Role

Located in Cambridge, Ontario, with potential for partial remote work, this position requires close collaboration with the VP of Sales, North America. The primary focus will be on managing both existing and new enterprise clients across sectors such as Oil and Gas, Gaming, Defense, Medical, and Automation, to name a few.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships with high-volume clients to drive organic growth and achieve long-term objectives.
• Acting as the primary liaison for client needs and concerns, ensuring seamless communication with internal teams.
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to negotiate contracts, discuss pricing, and manage logistics.
• Understanding client business needs intimately to deliver unparalleled service and resolve any arising issues.
• Aiding in client research, lead generation, and maintaining competitive advantage by developing trust relationships with major clients.
• Conducting customer outreach via various channels, negotiating sales, and coordinating with other departments to meet client needs effectively.
• Keeping abreast of market trends, product developments, and industry insights.

Who Are We Looking For?

An ambitious, motivated individual with a technical background/experience and passion in Computing Hardware. The ideal candidate will have:

• 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Client Success, preferably within a Computing Hardware environment.
• A solid understanding of Computing Hardware, components, and the design and build process, acquired through education and/or experience.
• Proven sales experience and the ability to tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Eligibility to work in Canada without sponsorship.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills, complemented by excellent communication abilities.
