Job Description

The Project Accountant's responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

• Project costing - calculating labor, material and overhead
• Preparation of budgeting and forecasts for the project
• Preparation for financial reports for each project
• Analyze the financials of each project to identify trends, risk and areas of development
• Contract management
• Support internal and external audits
• Support the invoicing and billing of projects

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years' experience in a similar role
• Experience within the construction or real-estate sector
• Experience with Jonas Software is essential
