Key Responsibilities
As a Hardy Plant Supervisor, take charge of the Outdoor Area in the absence of your department manager. Your role involves not just overseeing operations but also assisting customers daily. While retail experience is beneficial, a passion for plants is a must. Comfort with EPOS systems and managing POS materials is essential.
About You
We're on the lookout for a candidate with hands-on experience and knowledge of hardy plants. A background in Garden Retail is ideal, but your passion and expertise matter most!
