We are seeking a permanent full-time Freshwater Fisheries and Permitting Specialist, based out of our North Vancouver or New Westminster office to join our existing team of experts. The successful candidate will have a passion for the freshwater aquatic environment and possess a deep understanding of works affecting fish and fish habitat, associated legislation, best management mitigations, and demonstrated ability to identify and present strategies to navigate permitting requirements. They will have a solid technical grounding in the design and implementation of fish habitat offsetting projects, and experience conducting inventories for fish including species-at-risk, carrying out baseline studies, and performing environmental overview assessments.

Salary: $72k-$115k.  Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity. We extend an invitation to applicants of all levels to submit their candidacy for this role.
