Job description
BRP recently upgraded its ERP ecosystem from SAP ECC to SAP S/4. As Transformation Manager, you will play the role of business process lead for the WMS portion. With the support of your business partners and in collaboration with the operations and the IS teams, you will be responsible for finalizing the deployment of solutions and the delivery of enhancements to help our business grow and become more efficient in distributing BRP’s PAA (Parts, Accessories & Apparel). We’re looking for someone with leadership, experience in distribution operations and WMS environments that enjoys getting off the beaten track and who strongly believes that systems are key in enabling the business to reach its goals. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Lead the governance with management and ensure alignment across your business unit to drive timely decisions making.
- Act as a liaison agent between the distribution operations, the project team, and the other business units;
- Develop, foster, and promote relationships and communications among all stakeholders to work together toward a single goal.
- Maintain knowledge of the PAA Logistics business processes, as well as an understanding of how that impacts the other business units.
- Ensure global and common understanding of processes that are translated into system requirements.
- Take initiative to proactively address and solve process gaps at the appropriate level and at the right time. - Ensure project performance and progression within scope, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Plan resources and coordinate with other on-going initiatives to resolve conflicts with requirements.
- Assess business needs and technology implications with various stakeholders/decision makers to finalize the requirements.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in deployment of WMS solutions and working closely with distribution operations.
- An understanding of the service parts distribution environment
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Great leadership and ability to influence and engage others in a multi-departmental environment.
- Able to go into the details of a project but capable to see bigger picture and interdependencies.
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative business relationships both internally and externally.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or other equivalent
