PROJECT SUPPORT COORDINATOR (3 month contract)
Location: Remotely
Staffing Placement Opportunity

Specific Qualifications or Experience Required: 
An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint and Microsoft Teams is required.
Knowledge of Smartsheet would be an asset.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be an asset.

Services Required:
The company requires a project coordinator on a temporary basis to perform the following services.

  1. Assistance with supporting a portfolio of project managers in fulfilling the project management lifecycle including project gates, key deliverable quality oversight, financial tracking and status reporting.

  2. Assist with tracking project intake and delivery administration including briefing notes status, project charter reviews, project change request reviews and project completion document reviews. Perform data quality checks and reviews in conjunction with Project Support Manager and project managers, and ensure data quality for key data elements in project repositories.

  3. Assist hiring managers with the process to finalize materials related to consultant hiring and purchase order issuance, and statement of work amendments.

  4. General email query handling and routing related to project management office electronic mailbox (email) questions and requests.

On a day to day basis, the consultant will report to and liaise with a Project Support Manager to perform project support services, as well as a Project Leader to perform procurement support services.

Work is expected to be largely remote / off site with occasional (monthly or less) in-person meetings in Surrey.
