POSITION OVERVIEW:
This is entry level aquatic work with responsibility for the enforcement of rules and safety of water slide users at an indoor aquatic facility. The position performs minor cleaning maintenance duties, leads aquatics games and activities, assists with setting up program equipment and supplies; and supports minor first aid emergencies. The work is performed under general supervision of a superior who evaluates performance in terms of efficiency and quality of service provided to the public and is evaluated by a supervisor in terms of the effectiveness of attendant and customer relations work.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Grade 10 and some related experience working with the public; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

This is an auxiliary position with no ongoing regular schedule of hours.
