Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager at Olsen in Québec, QC. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day store management tasks, such as ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service, maintaining proper retail loss prevention measures, and effectively communicating with customers, employees, and management.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention measures
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in fashion retail is a plus
  

As a Retail Store Manager at Olsen, having strong problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to adapt to change, are beneficial.
