Wet Weather Management Technologist

Location: Hamilton, Ontario

(Full-time position)

Job Description:

The successful candidate, under the direction of the Wet Weather Management team lead will be responsible for providing support to a variety of projects that include field investigation, flow analysis, GIS, public communications, and report writing.

What you could be doing:

• Data sampling and analysis
• Field investigation such as downspout disconnections, smoke testing, drainage surveys, dye testing
• Coordinating with team members on project management tasks
• Supporting continuous improvement activities of the wet weather management, trenchless rehab, and infrastructure planning groups
• Supporting development of new analysis tools
• Presentations to internal team members and clients

What you will need:

• Graduate from engineering program at an accredited Canadian university.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple project team members
• Critical thinking, analytical thinking, and organization skills
• Working knowledge in MS Office (including MS Excel), QGIS, and Mergin Maps.
