Role Description

This is a full-time retail store management position located in Brantford, ON. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and leading a team of sales associates. The Retail Store Manager will report to upper management and is expected to strive towards meeting the store’s sales goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry
• Experienced in managing and developing a team of associates
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the Tactical Industry is a plus
