$19.50 per hour.

- Providing daily oversight, including function and logistics organization, increasing sales and profitability, establishment, and consistent delivery of exceptional guest service standards
- Anticipate key issues and informational needs and be prepared to discuss ongoing performance and functions that will enhance the performance of the food and beverage operations.
- Manage labor per shift, foresee overages and shorts.
- Work closely with the food and beverage management team to ensure the highest standards of service are met.
- Assist in the efficient supervision of the outlet’s staff.

- Assist with development and retention of high-quality team members.
- Become deeply ingrained in the operations of food and beverage to drive employee satisfaction, guest satisfaction and financial performance (labor control)

- Make employee and guest safety a cultural cornerstone to maintain our reputation as an industry leader and guest safety advocate.
- Provide support to all the Company’s research and guest satisfaction programs.
- Assist with planning and execution of functions.
- Ordering, inventory, and stock stake
- Cross promotion of all Pursuit attractions and divisions.
- Organization of all liquor storage locations and assistance of inventory tracking and input.
- Training and progression of bar team.
- Regular stock taking and ordering of wine, liquor, and beer.
- Basic knowledge on the distilling process of each main spirit group (i.e. vodka, rum, gin, whiskeys)
- Thrives in a fast paced, high-energy work environment.
- At least 1+ year bar experience with a minimum of 6 months working in a busy restaurant environment in a supervisory capacity.
- Guest service oriented
- A positive, ‘go getter’ attitude.
- Able to lift at least 15 pounds.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
