Diversified Staffing Services, a leading Staffing Agency in Alberta, is currently seeking a Software Development Team Lead. Our client, located in SE Calgary, is growing rapidly and adding to their team.

Description

The Role:

• Leading and Mentoring a Team of Software Developers
• Developing and Monitoring Software Projects for Clients
• Creating Project Budgets, Schedules and Milestones
• Participating in Software Design, Testing, Evaluation and Troubleshooting
• Working closely with all Internal and External Stakeholders

If you have a proven background in Software Development, Project Management and Leadership, this could be the ideal position for you!

In addition to a competitive salary, full benefits are offered.  Salary range – $110k – $130k based on experience.

Required Skills

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• A minimum 5 years’ experience in Software Development and Project Management
• A degree in Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering
• Proven Management and Leadership skills
• Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• The ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
