We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Marketing Specialist to create and deliver key marketing initiatives for the Foundation that will support its fundraising goals. Reporting to the Director, Marketing + Communications, you will create, coordinate and implement innovative integrated campaigns that deliver on brand and business objectives. Additionally, you will build strong relationships across the Foundation to drive forward initiatives, with expert understanding of how to execute large scale campaigns that drive meaningful ROI
More specifically, you will:
- Oversee the strategy, development and execution of integrated marketing programs and campaigns that drive revenue and brand objectives.
- Manage internal marketing requests from briefing to final delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tactics that align to the strategy and deliver on objectives across all donor lifecycles.
- Drive consistency and impact of message across paid, owned and earned channels, ensuring that all efforts adhere to the brand strategy and graphic standards.
- Contribute to the development of the annual marketing + communication strategy and content calendar.
- Ensure appropriate support from internal Foundation team members and external vendors in required areas such as video production, design, digital, direct marketing, media relations, paid advertising, and others as needed. Help to inform the creative process, ensuring creative is on brand and inline with the creative brief and overall strategy.
- Support with creative and media agency management and campaign reporting.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign optimizations, results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to optimize campaigns and help shape future marketing strategies.
- Measure and report results from marketing + communications activities with key internal and external partners.

In addition to the above qualifications, you will bring:
- A university degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related area.
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent organizational, project and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and work calmly under pressure.
- Strong understanding of marketing best practices for paid, earned and owned channels.
- Excellent budget planning and management skills.
- Advanced interpersonal skills and comfort working with diverse internal and external partners.
- The ability to think and act strategically, be resourceful and independent, while remaining comfortable working within the framework of a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

The hiring range for this position is between $68,600 and $80,700; once hired, you will be eligible for annual salary increases based on performance. At BCCHF, we are committed to ensuring that compensation is fair and equitable. Your placement in the hiring range will be dependent on factors such as experience, relevant skills and qualifications, and internal equity
