Marketing Field Manager

Company Overview:

Brand Momentum is a leading marketing agency dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients. We specialize in creating impactful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement across various industries.

We are looking for a motivated sales and marketing manager to join our team to help with obtaining sales targets, grow brand awareness in current markets and create opportunities outside of the current markets. We are looking for a candidate who has strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills ( and at least three years of experience in a marketing or sales position. Some of the candidate's expected responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities: 

• Analyze the existing sales and marketing budgets and adjust, as necessary.
• Summarize available market data in concise reports to present to leadership members and leverage data for future opportunities.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and field staff to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Plan and lead team meetings, support the Team Leads and coordinator in surpassing their targets, oversee team-building activities.
• Create reports that summarize the activities of their sales and marketing teams, provide metrics that show their successes and describe their strategies for continued growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in field marketing to drive innovation and success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in field marketing or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and events in a field-based environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire field staff.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
• Flexibility to travel to various locations as needed.
